Job summary

Genesis Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a Product Intern in Chicago hybrid to help launch a D2C prosthetics platform.

You will work closely with the Product Lead and engineers to translate user feedback into product improvements, contribute to device, app, and onboarding materials, and support launch readiness with clear documentation. You’ll gain hands-on experience shipping a real product, collaborating across engineering, biomechanics, and manufacturing, and turning messy inputs into actionable

Responsibilities

• Support the end-user journey from interest to onboarding and ongoing use
• Assist in building the whole product (device, app, onboarding, docs, support workflows)
• Track and analyze D2C product metrics (activation, early usage, feedback)
• Collaborate with engineering, biomechanics research, and manufacturing to translate feedback into improvements
• Convert feedback, bugs, and edge cases into clear notes, tasks, and priorities
• Contribute to launch readiness: onboarding flows, training docs, FAQs, first-week materials
• Maintain lightweight execution rituals: checklists, release notes, issue tracking, retrospectives
• Engage with users to observe patterns, document insights, and close feedback loops
• Stay close to what's working, confusing, and what to improve next
