Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a detail‑oriented Product Integrity Engineer to join the Shark Corded team in Needham, MA. You will be embedded in the New Product Development process, ensuring quality is designed in and not inspected out.

You will partner closely with Engineering, ID, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on validation activities. You will drive DFMEA/DVP&R, design reviews, CAPA, and process controls, influencing product outcomes at the most critical development stage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Product Development, Human Factors Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years engineering experience with design verification/validation in consumer goods.
• Hands-on DFMEA, DVP&R, design reviews, and engineering change management experience.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles and verification methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design reviews, DFMEA, DVP&R, and safety reviews across NPD to mitigate quality risks.
• Define and execute design verification and validation plans aligned with product requirements.
• Analyze engineering changes to assess impact and prevent regression in performance.
• Review manufacturing/test documentation to ensure quality before production launch.
• Participate in DFM reviews to ensure designs consider process capability and quality controls.
