Job summary

SharkNinja seeks a Senior Product Integrity Engineer for the Ninja Outdoor team. You will drive validation activities, lead DFMEA and DVP&R, and partner with Engineering, ID, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure quality is built in.

This role sits in our Needham, MA campus and focuses on preventing defects early in development. You will own early design verification, guide process controls, and manage CAPA and quality gates across pre-production builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Product Development, Human Factors Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of engineering experience with design verification/validation in consumer goods
• Hands-on experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, design reviews, and engineering change management
• Understanding of product development lifecycles, document/change control, and validation methodologies
• Analytical, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills; strong communication across orgs

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews, DFMEA, DVP&R, and safety reviews throughout the NPD process to mitigate risks
• Define and execute design verification and validation plans
• Analyze ECNs to assess quality impact and prevent degradation
• Review and approve manufacturing/test docs to meet customer requirements
• Participate in DF manufacturability reviews ensuring process quality controls
• Coordinate quality governance with cross-functional teams
