Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in design or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in product design and/or development.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Background in design principles and product creation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of prototype products aligned with design vision and specifications.
• Monitor product development process for a specific product line and address roadblocks.
• Serve as main contact with vendor partners for development details and communications.
• Create and update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts.
• Coordinate weekly updates to ensure composites are used across merchandising, production and technical teams and with vendors.
• Track all development activities to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Communicate intricate design development details to stakeholders clearly.
