A-Line is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support retail consumer product development activities, supplier communication, and cross-functional project coordination in Woonsocket, RI. This onsite position focuses on coordinating timelines and collaborating with external suppliers to move projects forward.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in consumer product development, project management, or retail merchandising related to physical consumer products.
• Experience working directly with external suppliers or vendors.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills, including the ability to manage deliverables and timelines.
• Ability to coordinate projects and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development activities, project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Communicate directly with external suppliers and vendors to manage follow-ups, expectations, and project progress.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives.
• Develop testing plans and conduct or coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), usability testing, and performance testing.
• Analyze market data, customer feedback, and industry reports to identify product opportunities and potential improvements.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and evaluate market positioning, market share, and product differentiation.
• Assist with defining project scope, establishing timelines, and tracking progress against milestones.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
• Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and assist with required documentation and certifications.
• Identify areas of concern, recommend corrective actions, and maintain accurate project records.
