Job summary

Helmet House seeks a Product Information Coordinator to join our Merchandising Team in Calabasas Hills, CA. This entry-level role focuses on entering and maintaining item data in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy for existing records and for new products.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong communication skills and solid Excel/MS Office skills, supporting the Planning department and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented approach to data entry and review
• Strong communication abilities for cross-department coordination
• Excel proficiency for data manipulation and validation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Review files for completeness and accuracy.
• Create item SKUs and enter product data via manual uploads.
• Identify and correct discrepancies during data entry.
• Maintain system integrity and execute SKU revisions.
• Respond to PIM-related inter-departmental correspondence with urgency.
• Support Planning department with additional tasks.
