Job summary

School Specialty, Inc. in Greenville, WI is seeking a Merchandising and Product Information Coordinator to manage item and supplier data, create new products, and ensure data integrity across Syndigo/PIM, Oracle, and EBS systems.

This onsite role requires at least 2 years in merchandising or related fields, strong ERP experience, and excellent Excel skills with attention to detail. You will collaborate with Merchandise Managers, Warehouse, and Suppliers to maintain accurate product data and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in merchandising, marketing, flow cells or related area.
• Proficiency in ERP (Oracle) platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, as well as Oracle and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate ECOs for supplier/item information to ensure Oracle is updated.
• Obtains item data for setup of new products from suppliers and maintains Syndigo/PIM and EBS fields.
• Reconciles item data to maintain accuracy.
• Maintains active components within Bill of Materials.
• Maintains data to track cost, status, and supplier profiles.
• Executes product life cycle changes as requested by Merchandise Managers.
• Resolves inquiries with Merch Managers, Warehouse, Customer Care, and Suppliers.
• Reviews and resolves discrepancies on audit reports pertaining to product data integrity.
• Works with Merch Managers on supplier maintenance, new product submissions, development, pricing research, and supplier meetings.
• Resolves pending LUI requests submitted into Syndigo/PIM or via email.
