Job summary

Aktos is seeking a hands-on onboarding/PM professional to own end-to-end onboarding programs for SaaS clients. You will manage projects, track risks, and provide executive-ready updates while coordinating with product and engineering to drive improvements.

You’ll work with clients across multiple time zones in a fast-paced startup setting. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in SaaS onboarding or implementation, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management.
• Proven ownership of 3+ month onboarding programs or enterprise engagements.
• Strong project management skills including risk registers and executive reporting.
• Basic SQL and Excel skills for data lookups and validation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across time zones in a fast-paced startup environment.
