Job summary

Blue Shield of California’s Product Lifecycle team oversees regulated materials, change management, filings, and mandates for member and broker communications. The Manager reports to the Director and drives accurate, timely delivery of regulated communications.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams or workstreams.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with multiple deadlines and milestones.
• Analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for health insurance communications.

• Manage and update regulated member and broker materials.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of regulated or member-facing communications.
