Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a senior leader to manage the Product Lifecycle for regulated member and broker communications. This role focuses on implementing mandated materials, ensuring accuracy, and delivering timely communications while guiding change management and file submissions.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in regulatory marketing for health plans, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across marketing and project teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires at least 7 years prior relevant experience
• 2 years prior people management experience as team lead or manager
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills
• Ability to multitask with multiple deadlines
• Good analytical and quantitative skills with Excel/PowerPoint/Word
• Understands work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
• Knowledge of legal, brand and regulatory compliance requirements for marketing health insurance plans
• Demonstrated leadership ability to lead direct reports and cross-functional teams
