Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Requires at least 10 years of relevant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Expertise in portfolio and project management in regulated environments; healthcare experience across lines of business preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex delivery information to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, automation, and operational optimization.
• Proficiency with Planview, Archer, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Archer a plus.
• Ability to influence and lead teams through change and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio governance, data validation, reporting, and process improvements.
