Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Product Lifecycle leader to manage and update regulated member and broker materials in line with mandated requirements and customer experience standards. The role reports to the Director and emphasizes delivering accurate communications on time.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and proven leadership to drive cross-functional marketing and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Requires at least 7 years prior relevant experience.
• 2 years prior people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update regulated member and/or broker materials according to mandated requirements and customer experience for accurate and timely delivery of regulated or member facing communications.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal, brand and regulatory requirements for marketing health insurance plans.
• Foster continuous learning and develop leaders across levels while delivering results ethically.
