Job summary

Playrix is seeking an HR Generalist to work with product teams across our organization in the United States. You will handle the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring processes are clear, reliable, and scalable in a large product environment.

You will collaborate with managers to resolve HR requests, manage transfers and salary reviews, and maintain accurate data. English proficiency and IT-savvy HR systems use are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations.
• Experience supporting a headcount of 100+ employees.
• Hands-on onboarding, adaptation, transfers and offboarding management.
• Understanding salary review and performance review processes with deadlines and approvals.
• Experience with HR systems and handling employee data for day-to-day issues.

Responsibilities

• Organize onboarding for new hires, run welcome meetings, and track probation deadlines.
• Serve as first contact for HR questions and coordinate with specialists for relocation, benefits, and paperwork.
• Support internal transfers, changes to terms, and salary reviews with data accuracy.
• Administer the performance review process and ensure timely completion of steps.
• Support offboarding, advise on process and conduct exit interviews.
• Keep employee data up to date, prepare analytics for leadership, flag HR issues.
• Run surveys, prepare HR communications, and help improve team-wide processes.
