Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking an energetic and self-driven Product & GTM Recruiter to support our Talent Attraction team on a temp-to-perm basis in Austin. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Product management, partnering with product leaders and executives to attract top talent and deliver a standout candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Product orgs.
• Strong sourcing and proactive networking with passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence leadership and manage complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles across Product Management, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand Strategy, and GTM Execution.
• Actively source, screen, and evaluate talent across passive candidate networks and channels.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted talent advisor on market conditions and salaries.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Represent Realtor.com at local Austin tech meetups, networking events, and virtual fairs.
• Refine interview frameworks and hiring processes in collaboration with the recruiting team.
