SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Business Analyst (Starlink Growth Demand Planning) to join the Starlink Consumer team. This role, known internally as Product Growth Lead, focuses on forecasting, planning, budgeting, and financial reporting to enable data-driven growth for Starlink worldwide.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of cumulative work experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience using Excel for financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, owning weekly / quarterly demand forecasts, long-term planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and related business cases.
• Drive cross-functional new product roadmaps and launch planning with Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and S&OP teams.
• Continuously improve forecasting, reporting, and planning processes to support faster, better-informed decisions.
• Analyze financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to drive prioritization of business and engineering initiatives.
• Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approaches.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic growth programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize customer acquisition.
