Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Growth Lead to identify new growth opportunities and scale initiatives worldwide. You will own the end-to-end playbook for launching and optimizing products and growth programs across markets, using consumer insights and analytics to shape demand strategies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support to sharpen Starlink’s positioning and pricing while driving global sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities and scale initiatives across key markets.
• Own end-to-end playbooks for rolling out new products and growth initiatives from strategy to post-launch optimization.
• Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning and losing demand generation approaches.
• Lead development and execution of strategic programs to maximize global sales for a product category.
• Research industry landscapes to sharpen Starlink positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• Communicate product improvements with Finance, Platform Software, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support.
