Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Business Analyst for Starlink Growth to join the Consumer team responsible for launching and expanding Starlink globally. The role focuses on weekly/quarterly forecasts, budgeting, and financial reporting, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Global Operations, and Supply Chain to build roadmaps and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in growth strategy or related fields, strong Excel/SQL skills, and a penchant for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years in consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience using Excel or SQL for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, owning weekly / quarterly demand forecasts, long-term planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and related business cases
• Drive cross-functional new product roadmaps and launch planning with Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and S&OP teams
• Continuously improve forecasting, reporting, and planning processes to support faster, better-informed decisions
• Analyze financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to drive prioritization of business and engineering initiatives
• Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approaches
• Lead the development and execution of strategic growth programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize customer acquisition
