Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Product Growth Strategy & Analytics Lead for Starlink to identify growth opportunities, scale initiatives, and own the end-to-end playbook from strategy through post-launch optimization.

You will analyze consumer insights, lead strategic programs to maximize global sales, study telecom and tech landscapes, and collaborate with Finance, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing and Customer Support to refine pricing, packages, and positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations.
• 1+ years using Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities and scale successful initiatives in key markets around the world.
• Own the end-to-end playbook for rolling out new products, offerings, and growth initiatives – from initial strategy to post-launch optimization.
• Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approaches.
• Lead development and execution of strategic programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize global sales for a product category.
• Research industry and competitive landscapes – telecom, consumer tech, and beyond – to sharpen Starlink positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• Communicate and drive product improvements across the business by working with key stakeholders including Finance, Platform Software, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support.
