Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Consumer Strategy Lead (Forecasting) in Hawthorne, CA to own weekly and quarterly demand forecasts, long-term planning, and budgeting for consumer growth. Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations.
• 1+ year of experience using Excel for financial modeling.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations.
• 1+ year in early and growth-stage startups with lean teams.
• Strong business judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, owning weekly/quarterly demand forecasts, long-term planning, budgeting, reporting, and related business cases.
• Drive cross-functional roadmaps and launch planning with Product Engineering, Software, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and S&OP.
• Improve forecasting, reporting, and planning processes for faster, better-informed decisions.
• Analyze financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to drive prioritization.
• Assess consumer insights to identify winning and losing demand generation approaches.
• Lead development and execution of strategic growth programs to maximize customer acquisition.
