Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Head of Product Growth to connect the user journey from discovery to pay. You will design experiments, partner with Product, Marketing and Sales to translate insights into faster value, and guide external firms when needed.

You will own growth metrics, build a scalable growth system, and drive activation, retention and expansion in a data-driven, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in product growth, PLG, lifecycle marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience designing and running experiments, including with imperfect data and small samples.
• Strong partnership with Product, using customer and product data to drive decisions.
• Comfort operating with high autonomy and limited infrastructure.
• Strong quantitative skills funnels, cohorts, conversion and experiment analysis.
• Familiarity with product analytics, CRM/marketing automation, web analytics and experimentation tools.
• Preferred: product-led, self-service or digital commerce experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth journey from acquisition through activation, lifecycle and conversion.
• Build a clear view of the customer journey; identify bottlenecks and value.
• Run a steady cadence of experiments across acquisition, onboarding, product experience, lifecycle and conversion.
• Partner with Product to turn user insights into a faster path to value.
• Build measurement and operating rhythm to learn and decide faster.
• Drive conversion, retention and expansion with Sales, RevOps and Customer Success.
• Shape positioning and messaging in partnership with Marketing.
• Direct agencies and specialists to move faster, without outsourcing thinking.
