- 4+ years in analytics or product roles.
- Experience solving problems with quantitative approaches and defining metrics.
- Ability to lead data-driven projects from definition to execution.
- Collaborates across software engineers, designers, PMs and data scientists.
- Experience with experiment design and interpreting results for launches.
- Experience with product growth across large product areas.
