Job summary

Meta is seeking a Growth Product Analyst to lead growth across large product areas embedded within product teams. You will drive growth through data analysis, ideation, and experimentation to optimize experiences used by billions of people and businesses worldwide.

You will collaborate with software engineers, designers, product managers and data scientists to define metrics, design tests and land data-driven launch decisions that move long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years in analytical or product role
• 4+ years experience in analytics and SQL
• 4+ years solving analytical problems with quantitative approaches and leading data-driven projects
• Proven collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary product teams
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis to draw actionable insights
• Experience performing Exploratory analysis to answer open-ended questions
• Experimentation experience to design multivariate tests and land launch decisions
• Product ideation skills to apply growth tactics across product areas
• Experience working on products used by diverse communities

Responsibilities
