Cleo Health is seeking a product engineer to design, build, and ship features end to end across the full stack in a healthcare AI context. You will own clinician-facing interfaces, focusing on usability, reliability, and speed.

Build next-gen AI agents that automate clinical workflows: documentation, coding, billing. Work with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing to ground decisions in real customer context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product engineering experience across full stack.
• Experience with frontend and backend work in Python/TypeScript/React.
• Familiar with AI-native tools and building with LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features end to end across the full stack.
• Own clinician-facing interfaces with focus on usability, reliability, and speed.
• Build AI agents that automate clinical workflows: documentation, coding, billing.
• Collaborate across engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing.
• Talk to customers regularly to understand clinical workflows and drive the product.
• Tighten data quality, edge-case handling, and reliability across the system.
