Job summary

Cityblock Health is seeking a full-stack product engineer to take AI-native ideas from prototype to production-ready features used by care teams and members. You will design systems, integrate LLM APIs/SDKs, and build evals and UX to ensure safety and trust in a regulated healthcare product.

You will collaborate closely with product engineering, design, and clinical operations to identify high-value AI opportunities and ensure compliance from the start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an engineer; proven full-stack delivery.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs/SDKs into shipped products or equivalent.
• Strong product sense and ability to measure value and impact.
• Comfort turning ambiguity into scoped, value-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement full-stack features that integrate LLM APIs/SDKs into surfaces used by members and care teams.
• Own features end to end: system design, integration, evals, and UX for trust and use.
• Build observability and evals to measure quality and drive improvement.
• Prototype and iterate with real users; convert prototypes to production features.
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical operations; align with high-value AI opportunities.
