Job summary

Medecision seeks an AI Product Builder to blend product strategy, UX insight, and hands-on prototyping. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with engineering and analytics, and leverage AI tools to ship value for health plans, providers, and patients.

You’ll work with Claude, Cursor, and other AI aids in a remote US-based role reporting to the SVP of Product, driving patient-centered outcomes and healthcare IT innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analysis, healthcare IT or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge and familiarity with HIPAA/HITRUST regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own product deliverables across the SDLC, from discovery through rollout using AI-assisted tools.
• Conduct user interviews and analyze feedback to identify key pain points.
• Build functional mockups or MVPs using AI-prototyping environments.
• Ship ideas quickly to a live environment for real user feedback and iteration.
• Analyze usage metrics to refine product functionality post-launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and customer success teams.
• Lead process improvements to accelerate delivery and quality.
• Communicate product rationale and metrics to stakeholders.
