Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience in a regulated setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ISO and FDA regulated environments is preferred.
• Packaging knowledge and related standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate engineering strategy aligned to business goals and KPIs.
• Provide governance for NPIs, design transfers, lifecycle management and continuous improvements.
• Lead cross-site development of business cases and prioritization of changes.
• Oversee compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, staffing plans and budgets.
• Develop capital investment plans and manage project spending budgets.
• Enable data-driven decisions with reliable insights and reporting.
• Address CAPAs and non-conformances and lead corrective/preventive actions.
• Guide specifications, procedures and standards for packaging and manufacturing.
• Promote operational excellence and cost efficiency across engineering operations.
• Build and lead high-performing teams with coaching and development opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment, controls and validation; participate in design reviews.
• Manage external interfaces with vendors and consultants for solutions.
