Define and communicate engineering strategy aligned to business goals; monitor product/process KPIs and initiate improvement programs.
Provide governance for projects, budgets, and change control ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA/ISO).
Drive cross-site development of compelling business cases for complex engineering initiatives and prioritize implementations.
