Job summary

KLA is seeking a self-motivated Product Engineer to define and execute service strategies across the product lifecycle, ensuring robust serviceability and lifecycle support. You will bridge engineering, service, and customers to optimize field performance and product uptime.

Primary responsibilities include leading SRR and DFS for new releases, driving reliability improvements, and collaborating with global teams to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with related work experience or Bachelor's Degree with related work experience of 2 years, or equivalent.
• Strong system-level knowledge within capital equipment or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience in technical service, troubleshooting, or product support.

Responsibilities

• Own serviceability across the product lifecycle; ensure design supports uptime.
• Lead Product Support Strategy with SRR and DFS for new releases.
• Drive reliability and cost optimization via preventive maintenance insights and retrofit strategies.
• Enhance field execution and BKMs; deliver impactful training.
• Support the installed base with improved documentation and training.
• Engage directly with customers; travel to support installs and escalations.
