Job summary

KLA Services is seeking a highly skilled professional to act as the central technical resource across design, manufacturing, and field teams for products moving through the lifecycle. • Doctorate degree with 0 years related work experience.
• Master’s Level Degree with 3 years related work experience.
• Bachelor’s Level Degree with 5 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central technical resource / interface with Software and Hardware design engineering, manufacturing, technical support, quality, marketing and field as the product moves through the Product Life Cycle.
• Influence early PLC designs to include features that optimize service business: calibrations, diagnostics, CoS, reliability, IP protection.
• Lead knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to improve diagnostics, tooling, and service revenue throughout product lifecycles.
