Job summary

Malibu Boats, Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer to join the Product Development Engineering team in Loudon, TN. The role focuses on mechanical engineering for new product development and continuous improvements across Malibu and Axis boats, including interior and exterior hardware and steering assemblies.

The candidate will work with a team of engineers, build and refine technical drawings using NX, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD, and coordinate with manufacturing for feasible, cost-effective designs.

Qualifications

• BSME or related ABET-accredited degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in mechanical engineering or project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mechanical drawings and specifications for new and existing designs.
• Lead cross-departmental cost-savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineers on product development and maintenance.
• Coordinate with management, production, sales and supply chain on feasibility, cost, and customer value.
