Qualifications

• Education: BSME or related degree; ABET accreditation preferred.
• English language skills required for effective communication.
• Mathematical and analytical abilities to solve engineering problems.
• Reasoning and root-cause analysis capabilities are essential.
• CPM, PE, or other professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules for smaller projects and assist larger initiatives.
• Develop product quotes and manufacturing plans with process documentation.
• Provide hands-on manufacturing support including CNC and equipment testing.
• Lead and participate in project reviews and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure design and process changes are properly documented and implemented.
