Job summary

Malibu Boats is seeking an experienced Product Engineer to join the Product Development Engineering team. The role will perform mechanical engineering duties to support New Product Engineering and product development, driving continuous improvement of Malibu and Axis boats.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineers, develop and maintain drawings and specs using NX, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD, and lead cross‑department initiatives to deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• BSME or related degree from ABET-accredited university required.
• Minimum 1 yrs experience in mechanical engineering or project management required.
• Entry level experience in SolidWorks, NX, or other parametric 3D CAD required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial engineers on product development and improvement.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives in cross-department projects for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain technical drawings and specifications for new and existing designs.
