Klein Tools is seeking a Product Engineer II in Mansfield, TX. You will design, develop, and improve tool products, applying theoretical and practical engineering principles to meet program requirements and deliver on time.

Collaborate with managers and senior engineers, coordinate with suppliers, and manage multiple projects. Strong communication and ABET-accredited mechanical engineering background are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and directions; work well under time constraints.
• Experience facilitating projects and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine and apply theoretical and practical design principles for product development within program requirements.
• Collaborate with managers and senior engineers to solve engineering problems and select methods.
• Represent the organization in supplier meetings and coordinate work.
• Manage multiple low to medium complexity projects with guidance.
• Estimate and build project timelines within phase gate framework.
• Oversee concurrent action items and ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies, review plans, estimates, and proposals.
