Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited program with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience presenting technical analysis and financial justifications; ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to function under changing priorities and time constraints; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Determine and implement design solutions with guidance from managers and senior engineers.
• Estimate timelines and coordinate multiple development activities within the program.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure design adherence to specs.
• Develop structured presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
