Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to present technical analyses and financial justifications to multiple levels of the organization.
• Capable of working under changing priorities and time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development and improvement of products within defined program requirements.
• Collaborate with manager and senior engineers to address engineering problems and methods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure design conformance and on-time delivery.
• Estimate timelines and manage multiple low-to-medium complexity projects under guidance.
• Prepare structured presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
