Mending in the United States is seeking a Product Engineer to build data pipelines and backend systems powering patient, provider, and operations workflows. You will ship code daily and collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to translate insights into concrete requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software experience.
• Clear communication of technical thinking and feedback.
• Interest in the U.S. healthcare system and its complexities.
• Systems thinking mindset for scalable data pipeline design and backend systems.
• Ability to prototype quickly and refactor for production.

Responsabilidades

• Design & Development: Build scalable backend systems and data pipelines for healthcare workflows; ship code daily.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, Engineering, and Sales to align goals.
• Rapid Prototyping: Create and iterate on functional prototypes to test ideas.
• Maintainability & Scaling: Write clean, extensible code for MVPs and long-term growth.
