Job summary

Employee Magnets, Inc. seeks an Engineer to provide technical support to production, perform first level failure analysis on customer products, and document root causes with solutions.

The role involves working with Windows, Android, CMD and Linux tools, and coordinating with client teams for quality escalations. You will help set up repair lines, prepare parts for second-level analysis, and maintain clear communication across local and overseas teams while sustaining safety and process

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree in product design, mechanical, electronic or computer engineering with relevant experience.
• Hands-on hardware assembly/disassembly experience on computing devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production and perform first-level failure analysis.
• Investigate root causes, document findings, and communicate solutions internally.
• Coordinate with Client Company for quality escalations as needed.
• Help set up repair lines, including tools and ESD grounding.
• Prepare parts for second-level failure analysis and work in customer lab.
