Qualifications

• Minimum Associate degree in relevant fields or 3+ years equivalent experience.
• Hands on experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production to overcome daily challenges.
• Conduct first level failure analysis on Customer Products.
• Help setup repair line including tools and ESD grounding.
• Maintain and strengthen internal, external customer, and supplier relationships.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical and statistical skills

Medium knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD

Strong Office suite knowledge (Excel, Word)

Ability to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision

Education

Associate degree in product design, mechanical, electronic or computer engineering
