Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer/Server repair or related field required.
• 0-2 years' experience in FA role or 4+ years in electronics quality inspection role.
• Comprehensive computer knowledge.
• Ability to use electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes & multi-meters, etc.).
• Remain current developments in field(s) of expertise and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on product failures.
• Document and communicate results internally and with clients.
• Conduct first level failure analysis on server/workstation components.
• Disassemble and reassemble units for analysis.
• Use electronic test equipment to troubleshoot and repair complex failures.
• Develop failure analysis data reports and present findings.
