Job summary

Dex is seeking a product leader to own end-to-end development of AI-driven enterprise software. You will engage directly with large enterprise users to understand their challenges and translate them into a strategic roadmap.

You will design and ship agentic AI systems, focusing on robust failure modes and evaluation frameworks, while operating across a modern tech stack. You are expected to bring strong engineering fundamentals, the ability to articulate product direction to enterprise

Qualifications

AI-native development with agentic solutions and production experience.
Shipped agentic systems and designed for failure modes, evals, and tools.
Strong engineering fundamentals prioritized over specific languages or frameworks.
Sharp product instincts and ability to engage enterprise users to iterate on problems.
Desire to be in the New York office five days a week as a core early member.

Responsibilities

Own product development end-to-end from research to production with enterprise customers.
Engage directly with large enterprise users to understand challenges and roadmap.
Design and ship agentic AI systems with robust failure modes and evaluation frameworks.
Work across a modern stack (Kotlin backend, React/Vite frontend, Temporal, in-house LLM harness).
Help define the core product experience and capabilities over the next year.
