Job summary

BetaNXT seeks a Head of AI Product to lead the AI product agenda across DataXChange and InsightX. You will own discovery, roadmap, requirements, go-to-market planning and adoption with cross-functional partners in technology, sales, legal and risk.

You will partner with the CTO and executive team to translate enterprise AI strategy into scalable products, ensuring governance, pricing, and performance metrics are embedded from market problems to production releases.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise product management, fintech, data products or analytics.
Experience taking AI/data products from discovery through production launch and adoption.
Strong understanding of regulated financial-services workflows; wealth management experience preferred.
Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, pricing or packaging for enterprise software or data products.
Familiar with outside-in product management disciplines (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing).

Responsibilities

Maintain an integrated AI product portfolio and 12–18 month roadmap across DataXChange and InsightX.
Lead discovery, define users/jobs-to-be-done, and translate market problems into requirements.
Apply market-driven prioritization and document business cases before entry into the roadmap.
Partner with CTO, engineering, and delivery teams to create realistic plans and release commitments.
Develop packaging, pricing, positioning, and enablement for AI capabilities.
Define adoption metrics and monitor client outcomes and financial performance.
Promote cross-suite coherence and reuse of data and governance capabilities.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align AI capabilities with roadmaps and governance.
