Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a product design leader to pilot the Enterprise design team and shape the future of human-agent interaction.

You will define exceptional design for enterprise applications, mentor designers, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to drive high-stakes decisions. You will lead by example, push for AI-native workflows, and build a scalable design system while maintaining a fierce focus on user needs and business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing product design teams.
• Proven track record of simplifying data-dense workflows for B2B.
• Deeply customer-centric, grounding design decisions in user needs and business impact.
• Experience designing for agentic platforms and AI-native workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for Enterprise design and translate it into a motivating team vision.
• Build and lead a growing team of designers, shaping culture and rhythms.
• Drive design execution across the Enterprise product with Product and Engineering.
• Raise the craft bar by upholding design principles and pushing beyond digitizing workflows.
• Contribute to Scale’s shared design system and ensure coherent patterns across teams.
