Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years software engineering experience.

• 1+ years GenAI technologies and frameworks.
• 1+ years of ML models in production.

Responsibilities

• Define technical roadmap and architecture for Technology & Product Operations; collaborate with R&D.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of data products and GenAI-powered workflows.
• Apply AI/ML techniques (RAG, fine-tuning) to GTM business problems in Enterprise Apps.
• Design for quality, monitoring, and safe-use guardrails; measure AI feature performance.
