WorldStrides in the United States seeks a Product Engineer who operates as a hybrid between product manager, developer, and solution architect. You will embed with teams across operations, sales, marketing, and finance to identify leverage and build it into production with engineering.

You will own outcomes, not tickets, and use AI-assisted development to move fast, delivering prototypes and production-ready solutions that create real customer value.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and insights-driven prioritization.
• 1-3 years building software with ownership.
• Full-stack capability: frontend and backend integration.
• Experience discovering with stakeholders and translating needs into a product.
• AI-assisted development fluency: using AI tools effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Bias toward shipping with rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Embed with stakeholders to identify real opportunities.
• Quantify prize: revenue, growth, or cost savings.
• Design and build to support PoC and pilot with working software.
• Graduate prototypes to production with IT and DevOps.
• Surface patterns and insights to shape product roadmaps.
