The role collaborates with operations, sales, marketing, finance, customer support, and academic functions to uncover value and deliver measurable outcomes through rapid experimentation and scalable software.

Qualifications

• Experience building software, products, or automations with ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to stand up frontend and connect to backend logic and data.
• Experience running discovery with stakeholders or users and turning findings into builds.

Responsibilities

• Embed with stakeholders to map how work gets done and surface needs.
• Frame opportunities and build a business case with finance and product teams.
• Design and build proof-of-concept and pilot solutions as working software.
• Connect prototypes to systems of record using sanctioned patterns.
• Run pilots, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data.
• Graduate prototypes to production with IT, writing clean, reviewable code.
• Document architecture and decisions for handoff.
• Surface patterns and insights to inform roadmaps.
