Avallon is hiring a Product Engineer in New York to build the platform that lets insurance teams put AI to work on real operations. You will shape the product from the start, working with customers, design, and strategy to decide what gets built and why.

You will own end-to-end delivery, from data model to backend to interface, and you will instrument performance to drive improvements in production. This is an in-person role in New York.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and owning meaningful software in production.
• Experience designing data models and backends alongside UI.
• Experience with LLM- or agent-powered products in production.
