Job summary

Systematic Business Consulting is seeking a Product Engineer to join the valves and industrial products team. The role focuses on design, application, and continuous improvement of engineered valve products, supporting development, customer applications, manufacturing, and cross-functional initiatives.

The candidate will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to troubleshoot issues, perform calculations, and prepare technical data packages, drawings, and BOMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology with 2-4 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting industrial applications in upstream, midstream, downstream, or refinery environments.
• Strong application/design experience with Safety Relief Valves, Rupture/Buckling Pin Devices, Control/Dump Valves, Regulators, or Chokes.
• SolidWorks and CAD experience required; ProE/AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of API 6A and familiarity with ASME, B16.34, B16.5, API 608, NACE MR0175, and related specs preferred.
• Metallurgy and welding knowledge is a plus.
