Job summary

IRALOGIX, Inc. is seeking a Product Director for Wealth & Retirement in Charlotte, NC, a hybrid, full‑time leadership role reporting to the CPO. You will own the product roadmap, define success metrics, and lead cross‑functional execution across product, engineering, sales, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in product management with senior leadership experience in fintech/retirement, plus a track record of modernizing legacy workflows and driving measurable business impact.

Qualifications

12+ years of product management experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering teams on architecture.
Experience in regulated financial services, retirement products, and wealth tech.
Proven track record shipping AI-powered features in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Translate the product vision into a structured, executable roadmap with milestones.
Own quarterly and annual roadmap planning, capacity, and cross‑team dependencies.
Define OKRs, track product performance, adoption, and business impact.
Collaborate with CTO, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
Represent IRALOGIX to partners, conferences, and industry events.
