Inspira Financial is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Retirement & Wealth initiatives. This role leads product vision and end-to-end delivery, partnering with engineers, designers, and business leaders to create simpler, higher-value experiences for clients.

You will drive 1–3 year roadmaps, develop business cases, and measure success with OKRs/KPIs while guiding a team of product managers and analysts. Remote work within eligible states is supported, with occasional travel.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in product management within financial services or fintech.
• Experience leading product teams and delivering end-to-end digital solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and drive OKRs/KPIs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with vendor vetting and onboarding processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the product vision and delivery for Retirement & Wealth initiatives.
• Develop and execute 1-3 year product roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Technology, Design, Marketing, and Sales to deliver value.
• Build business cases, dashboards, and metrics to track success.
• Mentor product managers and business analysts, fostering growth.
• Travel as needed (up to 10%).
• Provide data-backed prioritization and ensure timely delivery of features.
