Inspira Financial Trust, LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead the vision and delivery of Retirement & Wealth initiatives within the Digital Product Development Organization. This role partners with engineers, designers, architects and business leaders to create customer-centric product experiences.

You will develop products from concept to delivery and manage 1-3 year roadmaps, using OKRs and KPIs to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and member satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience leading product teams and delivering digital solutions.
• Strong collaboration with UX researchers and designers.
• Track record building roadmaps with measurable outcomes (OKRs/KPIs).

Responsabilidades

• Translate business and customer needs into end-to-end digital solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Discovery, Design, Define to shape product vision.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with priorities and objectives.
• Drive strategy through product and competitive research to add value to the business.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, feasibility, and impact.
• Develop business cases and monitor KPIs to measure product performance.
• Mentor product managers and business analysts to foster innovation.
• Build and maintain team dashboards and monthly reports.
